Greetings,

A few tidbits about myself --

I have many roles -- husband, father, uncle, brother, son, friend, and colleague.

I own Steven M. Smith & Associates, LLC. I am the only employee.

My specialty is helping clients satisfy their customers, manage change, and strengthen teamwork.

I've had a lifelong fascination with how to transform data into information so that I can communicate it effectively. Perhaps I have developed more skill at doing this transformation than I realize because my friends and colleagues regularly ask me for feedback about their articles and presentations.

Another fascination of mine is meetings. In the corporate world, my experience is that 90% of meetings are a colossal waste of time. I became so fed up with my time being squandered that I dedicated myself to helping people create successful meetings one meeting at a time. I've had a lot of success and a few failures.
