DaniWeinberg

Dani Weinberg is an anthropologist, organizational consultant, and co-designer of the Problem Solving Leadership workshop (PSL) and the Change Shop, For many years, she and Jerry Weinberg have been working together as consultants, trainers, and authors to spread the good news about how to build better relationships in organizations and in families.

Dani is also a dog trainer, dog-behavior consultant, obedience class instructor, writer, and trainers trainer. In this field, too, she teaches people how to improve their communication and enhance their relationships with their dogs. She has found that the principles and methods are the same in person-person and person-dog interaction.

Dani has been training her own dogs and teaching dog training for 25 years. Since 1992, she has used Operant Conditioning exclusively in all her training and teaching. You'll understand why if you attend the "Catch 'Em Doing It Right" session [SessionOne031], and you'll see how easily and effectively you can use this approach in your own professional and personal life.

Dani, are you bringing Sweetie and Ruby (German Shepherd Dogs) to the conference? If you do, then I'll be sure to come.

Maybe! And thanks for asking!

If we can't get a dogsitter at home, then we'll bring them along. I have a good friend and colleague who runs a wonderful doggie daycare facility close to the conference hotel, and we'd let the dogs spend some time there. They'll enjoy that a lot more than the conference <g> And we'd probably have them with us for part of the time too.

And with whom am I having the pleasure of having this conversation?

Dani
