This will be my first AYE conference and I'm really looking forward to it. I've been in the software industry for almost 30 years and have been a leadership position for nearly 20 of them. I have benefited from Jerry's conferences in the past having attended PSL in 1993, Change Shop in 1995, and SEM in 1996. I've been practicing what I've learned on the job all through that time and since. Now it's time for a refresher and new learnings and the opportunity to meet a whole new set of people.
