Hi, I'm Marie Benesh. I'm the owner of Benesh & Associates, an IT management consulting firm. I'm interested in IT and general management issues, team and people development, leadership and project effectiveness.

I've been involved in several large ERP projects, both as a manager and team member on the project and as a project reviewer. Large projects are great places to learn about leadership, management, teams and people development issues...in a hurry.
