PaulBelcher

Hi everyone.

I'll be travelling all the way from the UK to join you and I'm delighted to be doing so.

Seems like a pretty unique set-up and my curiousity got the better of me...

My original background is in Applied Physics and I've had numerous jobs in the high-tech sector over the years. Mostly working with teams developing and marketing technology of the 'bleeding-edge' kind for the semiconductor industry.

After taking some very pleasurable time out I am establishing a career as and independent coach and trainer. Exciting times and I'm looking forward to learning from everyone else's experience.

I have a particular interest in coaching senior technology professionals through role transitions and training and personal development that works at the beliefs and values levels. I'm also an NLP trainer having spent quite a lot of time with extraordinary people such as Robert Dilts and Judith Delozier in Santa Cruz.

You can find out what I'm up to in NLP land at http://www.ablworld.com/.

Current hot topics for me: The Expert to Expert-Manager/Leader transition, Coaching experts, Pragmatic and practical NLP, Effectivess of R&D Teams, Coaching offerings that really work and Organisations Understand, Using the 'Expertise and Experiences' of Excellent Coaches without the 'Expertise and Experience' getting in the way of great coaching

I promise I'll try not to be too English as long as the beer isn't served too cold...

Cheers for now

Paul

Paul, I'm glad you'll be joining us. You can be as English as you like. I'm sure the beer will be too cold :-) -- JohannaRothman 2005.11.04
