Sculpt of Bob King's experience as an Architect. The Architect, person on the right side of the picture, is being directed by the Project Manager, person in the middle, to a destination on the left side of the picture that the Architect believes is inappropriate. The Project Manger pinches the Architect's shoulder, but the Architect directs the techncial staff, person on the left, to a different destination on the right side of the picture. Note how stooped the architect and especially the technical person appear. For me, the architect copes with the project manager by using passive aggression and the the techncial person placates the architect. At this point in the project, the project manager doesn't know what's going on. He will find out later when it's too late for him to do anyting about the problem. This situation was amplified by having the project manager stand on a chair. Bob and the other participants all liked that sculpt even better. Unfortunatley, the lack of remaining energy in my camera's batteries didn't allow me to capture the image. All this direction from behind has me wanting to redo the sculpt with the players facing each other. I would like to hear how the people playing the roles feel when they aren't being pushed in a direction. I'll have to try that idea out some other time. Back to SessionOne034
