ReasonsReasonsOne question I had about this article was that it seemed to be about how to force people to make changes mandated by management. That's not the point of the article. Whatever the source of the change idea, I want to help change artists recognize that the reasons people give for not changing (or changing, for that matter) probably have little or nothing to do with their actions. This recognition is the first step to finding out what their actions or inactions are really about, which is the first step to changing, or deciding not to change. - JerryWeinberg
