SessionFive007The simplest things that can amplify effectiveness Dwayne Phillips The Simplest Things can Amplify Effectiveness" Description: In my work as a project manager, I've used many simple techniques that make a large difference in how well people work together. day. In this session, we'll collect examples of simple things that amplify effectiveness. We'll look into the reasons we fail to use them, and develop strategies to remind ourselves to use the simple things that are always at our disposal.
