Applying MBTI: You know your "letters", now what? ��

This session is for people who already have a basic understanding of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and who wish to deepen that understanding.

To accomplish this goal, Pat and Eileen will use case studies, role plays, demonstrations and other creative devices, all in a safe environment in which each type is respected and appreciated.

Learning Objectives
- Develop skills in applying type to everyday situations.

- Make understanding "type" an effective way of gathering information and making decisions.

- Learn to appreciate and respect each type.
