Description
This session will explore the way that key leaders and leadership teams can develop a strategy for long term change in the organization culture as opposed to shorter term changes in organization climate. It will include presentation of a framework of data collection and the role of the consultant change agent in working with both individuals and teams. Case examples will be drawn from the group for learning about applications to settings described by participants.
