I first attended the AYE Conference in 2004. It had a powerful effect on me. I've written about one aspect of my AYE experience in an article on the AYE site: "Yes. I Mean No."

I have worked for nearly 30 years in software companies and consulting companies. These days my interest is in creating space for others to discover new possibilities for themselves. Possibilities not just for achieving new goals or working together in new ways, but more important, possibilities for being who they want to be. Possibilities for working effectively in within a context of living well.

I am strongly drawn to the Satir models, and use them in my consulting and teaching. I am a member of the AVANTA Satir Network.
