Goal
Two way information sharing
Meeting Objectives
- Start on-time and finish either early or on-time.
- Share information about a specific topic
- Answer questions about the topic
- Optional participation
- Gather anonymous feedback about field conditions
- Measure Return On Time Invested (ROTI) and gather feedback
- Create minutes and send to practice
- Using feedback make continuous changes to the design of the meeting to increase ROTI
Requests
- Participation is optional. If you don�t want to participate, don�t. I only want people who want to be on the call.
- Dial-in and log in five minutes early. We will start on-time.
- Please stay logged into the web cast for the entire call so that you can share your questions and feedback electronically. The hosts can groups questions and ask the speaker faster than opening the conference call line.
- I really want your feedback about the call at the end. I will use the feedback to change the meeting design.
