I'm here and will try to visit. Two things that I stress about agile development (and project management) are world view (adaptive rather than prescriptive or Darwinian rather than Newtonian) and an intense focus on the value of individuals--their skills, abilities, experiences, and foibles. --JimHighsmith

Welcome, Jim. FYI, I'm going to be giving a session at AYE not just on practices, but on habits, which are somewhat different from practices, and may have a positive or negative effect on them. I'm gathering good (and bad) habits on the Shape forum right now, and I'll talk about them in my keynote at the Agile Developers' Conference in June.
