EmbassySuitesPhoenixNorth

We're excited to announce the wonderful hotel we've selected for the event: the Embassy Suites of Phoenix North. Thanks to all of you who attended AYE 2005 and shared your feedback.

This hotel is on 17 beautiful landscaped acres with all the rooms in a three story oval arrangement around the grounds, filled with gorgeous flowers.

There's a great pool (said to be one of the largest in the state) with a large hot tub and exceptionally nice outdoor spaces surrounding it. A big patio overlooks the pool and grounds, and our meeting rooms open onto an outdoor covered walkway where we'll have small seating arrangements for informal visiting, resting, and other activities.

There is a lighted tennis court, a volleyball pit, an exercise room, and partnership with a larger health center nearby allowing guests to go free. The hotel will book golf for people who may have the time and inclination.

Every day, we'll have a hot, full typical Embassy Suites breakfast, with lots of very good choices. We will have our own buffet lunch every day, and of course our famous welcoming supper on Sunday evening. For those other suppers, the hotel has a nice restaurant as well as a free shuttle to nearby restaurants.

Every room is a suite, and every room has been redone within the past two years. All rooms open onto covered walkways in the outside world. And, they have some fancy new computer connections in each room.

The rate $109 plus tax/night (code "AYE"). There is free internet service, which was an additional $15 during the 2005 conference. Ask Susie for more information.

In case you want to take a few vacation days, this special rate is in effect for 5 days before and 5 days after the conference. But reserve early. They fill up.

We hope to see you at AYE 2006, where the hotel is just one of many wonderful things.
