I first experienced a family reconstruction in the 1989 Congruent Leadership Change Workshop. I was stunned by its power. It was as if a special key had been oh-so-gently inserted into this man's lockbox of memories. On that day, I never imagined that one day I would be guiding a reconstruction, or that -- as a guide -- I would still be stunned by its power.
