LizDanielsonI'm Liz Danielson and I'm in Minnesota (Minnesnowtah). I got into this game (software development) because I could do research! I was trained as a historian and working in a museum part time. As I was poor, I was also doing temporary work as it was available. One day the company I was temping for needed someone who wasn't afraid of musty old manuals. (books???? I LOVE books) They wanted me to dig out how things worked originally..... From there I wrote requirements, user documentation, test cases, programs.... I now manage software testers after being a technical tester for many years. I'm looking forward to being a part of the 2006 AYE Conference! Hi, Liz! Welcome to the AYE conference. I'm also in Minnesota and got into this game by a circuitous route (which involves art history and a flowcharting template my father gave me when I was 9 years old). I look forward to meeting you at AYE (unless we get the Minnesota contingent together beforehand). EstherDerby 07182006
