It's nice to see your interest in organizational reconstructions. I'm considering the possibility of offering a session on this topic. So, I'm looking for a volunteer who would be willing to work with me during the session to reconstruct YOUR organization or part of your organization. Any takers? I was once a volunteer, along with three of my business partners, under Eileen's facilitation. This was a wonderful experience for us, and we saw how our team worked in ways we hadn't looked at before. It really gave us perspective about the way our group had formed, changes that had occurred in it over time, and how we wanted it to be.
