I am currently a software developer. I have been working in this field for six years. I became a father of a baby boy three months ago. I currently live in India.

I came across books of JerryWeinberg in 2000. Over the following years I got to read most of his books. I also came to know about PSL, Change Artist workshops. My financial situation did not allow me to participate then. I managed to become a member of SHAPE forum last year. This year (2004) I managed to save up enough to participate in this conference.

I am excited about participating in this conference. I am also excited about meeting the authors (of books/articles/blogs) whom I have enjoyed reading.

I am currently working with ThoughtWorks India.

My interests include parenting, child education, software development, and organization development. I love reading (and collecting) books.
