Session Description

Projects change things, and that causes change for people. When you understand the effects of change, you can anticipate and manage the turbulence that comes along with planned changes. By changing your change process you can increase the chance of successful integration of change. This session is for anyone implementing projects or improvements that change the tools, relationships, and processes that people use to do their daily work.
