SessId029Change is a process. And whenever we implement a process, we tend to try to do it the same way over and over...isn't that the point? Well, maybe not. Rick and I would like to suggest that processes should be designed TO change (including the change process, itself). How can we design our work with change in mind? How can we anticipate that change will come and be prepared for it in how we approach projects and processes? That's the focus of this session. We've designed it to be fun, interactive, and of course, an experience! See how you react to change and find out how you can prepare for it ahead of time. MarieBenesh
