At the conference, we'll have some rooms available in the evening, with flip charts, pens, and other materials available. We won't have projection equipment, because we want to discourage anyone from coming with a big Power Point spiel all ready to dump on people. During the day, between sessions, all the rooms will be available, too, and sometimes extra rooms will be available during planned sessions.

So, organize your sessions here, or at the conference. You're on your own, but ask your sponsors for any help you need in getting organized. - JerryWeinberg

How about a TransitionToInfluence BOF? The transition from engineering to architecting requires substantial focus shift in getting things done. How to approach at a self-paced level and how to experiment safely. Lots of experiential opportunity, and feedback in the work world is unreliable or career threatening.
