Continuing EarlyYoga that was held 2004 with BrettSchuchert

I plan to do Sun Salutes in the morning. If anyone would like to join me, I would like to have other practitioners.

I Found the EarlyYoga session in 2004 was a great way to start a day at AYE.

Typically we have started around 6:30AM so we could go to breakfast afterward. ANytime to allow breakfast would be fine with me.
