I plan to do Sun Salutes in the morning. If anyone would like to join me, I would like to have other practitioners.

The EarlyYoga sessions in 2004 & 2005 were a great way for me to start a day at AYE.

I will be doing sun salutes under the tent at 6:30 AM which leaves plenty of time for breakfast. Before that I will be doing a meditative sit. CharlesAdams 2006.10.06
