RachelDaviesI work as an independent coach and facilitator in UK. I am passionate about agile software development because it can increase the chance of success in the face of complex problems and recognizes that teams are made-up of individuals rather than resources. I specialise in XP and Scrum flavours of agile and advocate the use of frequent retrospectives to help teams adapt their process to their context. I feel it is important to share success stories, lessons learned and connect with others using agile techniques. For this reason I put much of my spare time into the organization of agile events and work for the AgileAlliance. You may contact me at [email protected] Rachel, welcome! - JohannaRothman 2004.03.28 Hi, Rachel. I've heard about your work from Tim McKinnon.. .look forward to meeting you. I'm half Limey myself, and I, too, have heard about your work. You'll be a great addition to the conference. We'll certainly pick your brains--but you'll enjoy it. - JerryWeinberg 2004.04.04 Thanks for the welcome, Johanna. Hi Esther, heard about you from Tim. Hope to meet you in Vienna. Hi Phil, I live in Rugby in Warwickshire but often in London for work and Extreme Tuesday Club. Where are you based? Hi Jerry, we met briefly last year at Agile Development conference and I walked away with an AYE leaflet in my hand :) I am really looking forward to the conference. RachelDavies 2004.04.08
