SelfWorth

One definition: How I appear to myself. Two things that can be part of deciding how I view myself:

What others think of me, and/or
What I think of others.

The second is my touchstone today. If I can take the stance that virtually everyone is trying there best at any given instant, I am doing pretty well and I have higher SelfWorth.

If I drop into the first way of looking at myself, I have pretty low SelfWorth. It took me quite a while to understand this in myself.
