During the AYE Conference, some of us have so many and such rich experiences that we feel a need to talk through them with others. To put our experiences and learnings and ideas into perspective.

So we have decided to create a space for this kind of conversation to occur. On Monday night, we are offering a "temperature reading." A temperature reading is a delightfully simple and undemanding way for people to come together and "process" their experiences, to make greater sense of them by sharing with others what you're noticing and thinking and feeling.

You will have opportunities to say what you've been noticing and thinking and feeling. To comment on what's been good for you. To raise concerns or doubts. To pose questions and seek solutions. To clarify to yourself your hopes for the conference -- or even your hopes for yourself and the people you work with.

Or you're welcome simply to come and listen, and support others by your presence.

We promise you that whatever way you choose to participate, you will find this session amplifies the value you receive from AYE.
