WeinerRoast

The hotel is willing to provide a covered portable "fire pit" in which we could roast wieners or marshmallows or whatever. For those of you who have seen the hotel, we would do this in garden patio where the sand volleyball court used to be - close to where we had lunch two years ago.

Might you be interested in sitting 'round the campfire?

As long as there's something non-meat for me to eat, and I won't have to sing. --DaveSmith

Will you play a kazoo? - JerryWeinberg (I'm all for the roast!)
Weiner roast sounds good to me, too. DwaynePhillips 26 August 2003
I have this image in my mind of 100 people roasting weiners and talking until the wee hours. It is irresistible. I'm in. SherryHeinze 2003.08.26

Actually, vegetarian dogs are quite good -- but can they be roasted? Sounds like fun to me -- and I AM willing to sing! DianeGibson 8/26/03

Yipee!!!! :-)

And I've got a CD of 'cowboy songs', complete with cattle sounds and cowboys going "YippeeKiYi". <gggg>

The roast sounds good to me. If we could get some all beef weiners CharlesAdams 2003.08.27
Count me in. Would the hotel kitchen loan us a cast iron pan to heat grahams and chocolate for s'mores? MikeMelendez 2003.08.27
I don't think the WeinerRoast made it. Something about a fire and zoning laws. <sigh>

But I'm willing to hear SueP sing cowgirl songs and go "YippeeKiYi". <ggg> DonGray 2003.10.07

Yes Don Dear... but the deal was that I'd bring the technology and everybody else gets to sing out loud. <smiling sweetly> I don't sing in public, not unless I'm in my car with the radio turned up REAL loud... <giggling>

I figured I'd hack your ToDo list before we left. ;-)
