BookShelvedWikiWhat is Bookshelved ?
Keith (and Laurent, for that matter): The Bookshelved Wiki has members familiar to many SHAPE and AYE regulars. See: Unlike the AYE Wiki, I don't see BookShelvedWiki itself as a discussion format as much as a review spot. Each page of Laurent's http://bookshelved.org/ Wiki is either:
If there were random pages added, I think it would reduce the "book review" focus of the Wiki. Your mileage may vary. --BobLee 2003.05.08 There's no reason a book review (page name = title) can't have discussion on the same page. I didn't create a random page, I created one for book/title. KeithRay 2003.05.08 Keith, A while back I had started The Goal by Goldratt. For whatever reason I was drawn to other activities. I like the idea of BookShelvedWiki. Sorry for my slow response on this... I got "shelved" in my own way :\ So, do you have any "rules". Do I get to tell you about any I am reading that I want to share with you? Or, is there some protocol I must kow-tow to for what you might have expected of this wiki's Books Shelved? BeckyWinant 2003.06.09 I'm not sure what this conversation is about. Is there a question, or set of questions, that we're trying to find answers to ? -- LaurentBossavit 2003.06.09
I'm not sure what Becky is asking, or who she is addressing ... I find it kind of strange that BookShelvedWiki doesn't actual converse - have dialogs about - the books people that list in that wiki. Hi, Keith! my response above was prompted a posting you made. I guess it was hard to tell, huh? I was curious to know what was behind your posting. Lo and behold, you provided the answer just above. -BeckyWinant 2003.06.11
