I would like to discuss "playing against type". Every personality type has things they find hard. For example, I'm a tech lead and ENFP, so assigning tasks is hard for me, both because I like to do everything by consensus, and because it involves coming to closure. So I'd like to get ideas on strategies I can use to do the things I find hard. Maybe I could get an ISTJ to coach me? --JohnBrewer 2004.10.13

If I get along this year I've got a great idea for SHAPE day - a large alarm clock in my room to wake me up so I don't miss the whole day!

I guess the biggest thing I've learned from SHAPE (going back to CharlesAdams message at the start) is how to "play" with organisations. Not in a malicious way, but certainly in a way that got some surprising results.
