BringingaMusicalInstrument
- MichaelBolton - mandolin
- JerryWeinberg - kazoo collection. I could bring my Melodica, if someone knows how to play it. And my bagpipe chanter, ditto.
- DianeGibson - I can bring a variety of percussion 'things', like eggs.... I think my bodhran is too big to pack easily, with all the humor stuff I am bringing.
- MikeMelendez - voice, though many would doubt that it is a musical instrument
- PhilStubbington - if anyone has the spare time to teach me the Saxaphone........
- RobWyatt - I plan on bringing a church pipe organ. I can't play it but it should add an air of grandeur, don't you think? P.S. Voice - lyric bass (whatever that means!)
- AdrianSegar - voice (tenor)
- FionaCharles - voice (soprano) In fact, there are those who doubt that singers are even musicians. Can also whistle loudly through teeth & 4 fingers, though that's probably best reserved for calling Labradors and restoring order in meetings.
- SuePetersen - I don't sing in public <g>, but I have a large collection of honest-to-goodness cowboy music, if anybody can round up speakers I can plug my IPod into... (It takes the same kind of small plug that portable cd-players use.)
- Esther Derby regrets to disappoint you all... she will not be bringing either of her accordions.
- RickHower - voice; drumsticks (after seeing 'Stomp', everything looks like a drum); ?feet (ZydecoDancing)
- GeordieKeitt - guitar, voice, and percussion. JamesBach should bring his harmonicas.
- RobertSteffen - piano; does the place have a piano? (Maybe early morning lobby music, or not. Maybe a sing-along, or not.) Go ahead, dare me :-) Personally if we get tired of looking at Rob's church pipe organ, it might be the instrument for me to play a polka that the BallroomDancingAnybody group can demonstrate!
(There's a piano in the lobby, as we found out to our dismay at dinner tonight. - JerryWeinberg 2004.11.05)
And let's hear from everyone else - Jerry
