I end up reaching for these a lot:
  • What did you Say? - JerryWeinberg, CharlieSeashore, EdieSeashore
  • The Age of Unreason - Charles Handy
  • Managing the Professional Services Firm - David Maister
  • Flawless Consulting - Peter Block
  • Adaptive Software Development - Jim Highsmith (and not just because he's being a guest speaker.)

These days it seems I am constantly reading and re-reading books on congruence to assist me in being present.
  • The New Peoplemaking by Virginia Satir
  • Walking on Water by Fr. Anthony DeMello, S.J.
  • Open Mind, Open Heart: The Contemplative Dimension of the Gospel by Fr. Thomas Keating

The books by Fr. DeMello and Fr. Keating are useful for people of any faith.
