RoomCalibrationExercise2006Where in Don endeavors to get a read on preferences-at-this-moment (not committments) for session attendance so he can match up session with rooms and not leave anyone too crowded or with too much space. Hi there, Wiki Reading 2006 Participants! As program chair, I need to match up sessions and rooms prior to the conference. Like Goldilocks trying out the Bear's furniture, I don't want rooms that are too big, or rooms that are too small. I want the rooms to fit the sessions just right. I need some help in the form of data. I'd like to get a read on which sessions people think they may attend. So I'm looking for an indication. This isn't a formal sign-up or a commitment. You can still change your mind. On the other hand, indicating a preference here isn't a guarantee that a session won't at its limit when you show up. If you are willing to help me in my room matching exercise, please put a hash mark (| or 1) directly underneath your current preferences. For an example of what this might look like, you could visit last year's calibration exercise, RoomSizeCalibrationExercise.
